How to introduce generative AI into workflows at firms? How to use locally hosted models to improve and support such workflows?
We will work on real-life use cases to implement GenAI support for workflows. We will focus on workflows in project management and purchasing / supply management. Students will receive inputs on typical problems with such implementations and what we can do about it as well as on options for systematic testing of outputs. Students will work in small teams to implement the use cases, interacting with practitioners to receive feedback and iterate on the prototypes. To evaluate the use of local models, students will have access to a computer with a strong GPU (32 GB) and RAM during the semester.
